situation
involving

Back
in
August,
I
took
advantage
of
a
$20.00
free
offer.
I
also
made
a
purchase
that
night.
I
won
and
cashed
out
a
portion
of
my
winnings,
$60.00.
This
was
on
August
24th
[2001]....Six
weeks
later,
my
cheque
had
still
not
arrived
so
I
contacted
the
F1support" On
Oct
19
2001
the
casino
finally
replied,
apologising
for
the
late
payment,
blaming
staff
problems
and
September
11
for
the
delay
in
payment.
The
customer
was
offered
"a
compensatory
$50
with
our
most
sincere
excuses"
from
the
casino.
The
player
then
won
a
further
$300
that
night
and
cashed
out
their
winnings. The
player
received
their
original
$60
entitlement
on
Nov
19
2001
-
3
months
after
cashing
out. The
$300
withdrawal
has
yet
to
be
received.
